Composed job adverts and led the recruitment and selection process➢ Developed a bespoke electronic Quality Assurance monitoring system and stock control system for use with hand held P.D.A. units, to cover all areas e.g. kitchen, bars, restaurants, cellars, stores etc➢ Implemented personal development programmes for all staff.
