Mark has successfully led large and small teams across the Defence sector for more than 25 years. His pursuits have delivered safe, fit-for-purpose and operationally focussed outcomes for Defence.Mark is an Armament Engineering Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force, where his roles have spanned acquisition, sustainment and operational employment of Explosive Ordnance (EO), Guided Weapons and Munitions, along with their respective aircraft platforms and weapon systems. These roles have enabled Mark to develop his engineering and management skills across Australia’s Defence sector, extending to allied Militaries and their respective Defence Industries. Mark’s broad EO experience culminated as Chief Engineer within Munitions Branch, where he simultaneously exercised all three delegated technical authorities spanning the entire Defence EO inventory. Mark’s understanding of war-fighter requirements, technical capabilities combined with his application of integrity and leadership, are the cornerstone aspects which he applies to his roles. Mark has proven himself as a leader of technology experts, demonstrating his ability to drive strategic business outcomes in both Defence and now in the Corporate sector.Skilled in Aerospace Engineering, Explosive Ordnance, Communication, Leadership and Risk Management.
