I was the National SAED Manager for the Huawei / Optus project, which included site upgrade, Greenfield and RANCAP programs. My responsibilities extended to the SAED site delivery, quality, forecasting, client relationships and managing financial performance. I also acted as the point of escalation for all property, planning, design and EME issues.With the exit of Huawei from the Australian telecommunications landscape, I acquired the role of SAED manager for the Ericsson / Telstra project. I was specifically charged with delivering the NSW GF sites, which consist of difficult legacy work instructions.
