Mark has assumed the key role as Senior Utility Co-ordinator on various types of projects such as Municipal / Regional Road improvements, Rail and Light Rail Transit, Subway builds, and large scale development projects. He is responsible for review of proposed Infrastructure improvement projects to determine potential utility impacts that may be created, and work with project stakeholders to ensure resolutions are delivered in a timely and budget friendly manner. Mark uses his extensive background of Utility Coordination, telecommunications design and CAD drafting experience to support projects.This diverse background enables Mark to understand all of the aspects of the utility relocation process, and strives to maintain close working relationships with utilities to ensure that every project is considered a success by all stakeholders.

- Project Coordination - client liaison- telecom routing selection- topographic survey- existing utility mapping / land base creation- design of telecom installation (outside and inside plant design)- CAD drafting- QAQC- obtained all permits for installations (MC's, Rail, Watercrossings, Pipelines, others as required)- prepared tender packages (quantity breakdowns, specs)- Coordinated structural designs as required (i.e. custom chamber builds, bridge attachments etc.)- performed chamber inspections- produced as-constructed drawings
