With over 20 years experience in leadership within the aerospace manufacturing industry I am proud to manage the largest UK site for Magellan Aerospace. With a background in engineering and machining I am fortunate to lead a great team of around 500 across the multiple Wrexham locations to produce high quality parts from raw materials up to fully finished assemblies ready for the build at the major aircraft manufacturers. The Division Manager role comes with full P&L and operational performance responsibility which is sometimes challenging but the team around me are all driven and determined to succeed making everyday a rewarding experience.
