I am responsible for conceptualizing and designing detailed solutions for UC projects enabling the organization to meet business objectives. I collaborate with technical leadership to ensure technical design and implementation are aligned with business requirements, and I work with the account teams to develop strategic account plans. I collaborate with fellow UC Solutions Architects to develop and drive UC strategy for the organization.

I am passionate about people and technology, and a geek at heart. I am responsible for the Collaboration portfolio across the Lumenate organization. This includes responsibility for Lumenate’s Collaboration portfolio, mentoring of technical staff, developing training for the account management team and supporting them in their sales efforts and working with the partners that makeup the Collaboration portfolio. At Lumenate I am also a member of the Office of the CTO and in this role I work with the other Office of the CTO members to develop and implement the technical direction of the organization, including training plans, technology reviews, process and procedures and other related strategic tasks as they arise.

The position includes management of the Cisco Unified Communications practice, including pre-sales, delivery, and support teams of Cisco UC solutions. Additionally, the position also includes the development and management of vendor relationships specific to UC solutions.

Mark was initially hired as an application developer and project manager for web-based content management applications. In this role Mark designed and delivered numerous content management installations for a wide variety of organizations. He also managed a team that provided custom application development and programming solutions. Mark also served as the Director of IT while at eLinear, and he was responsible for the overall vision and managment of the internal infrastructure. During Mark's tenure at eLinear the internal infrastructure grew from a small, single office to a multi-branch location leveraging a Cisco IPT solution over an MPLS network.When eLinear was acquired by NetView Technologies in 2003, Mark was responsible for the IT infrastructure and the engineering team, which included internal, external, and project management resources. As the company phased out its application development engagements while ramping up its Cisco partner relationship, Mark successfully delivered numerous Cisco IPT projects for a variety of customers. During this time Mark developed a focused expertise in Cisco IPT design and project management.
