Establish and implement the DNA of Armada FC through developing and empowering youth soccer coaches to help players and teams find their next level.

Implement discipleship programs in the international communities HPM is connected to. Manage music registration and reporting for BMI and ASCAP.

Worked under the Kairos Minister. Create and develop discipleship programming for Kairos participants. Create and implement leadership development for volunteers. Recruit, train, and sustain small group leaders. Teach several small groups that consisted of 12-week semesters. Connect with individuals throughout the Kairos event to help with one-on-one, personal spiritual growth and development. Created Kairos Sports Adventure (KSA) ministry that went from nothing to over 1000 connected Kairos participants. Created a leadership team of 10 volunteers to manage KSA. Created a small-group discipleship connection that grew from zero people connected to over 500 people who connected with a small group throughout 2009 and the beginning of 2010.

Worked under the HFC Executive Director to build a good foundation for a growing club program. Met with him daily to go over details of the club's path. With the HFC Executive Director, established programs to help further develop the club. Developed and implemented age-appropriate curriculum for players from five to ten years old. Taught coaching clinics for over 200 coaches in the recreational program. Maintained a weekly training schedule for team-training sessions where I taught the team, while the coach observed and took notes. Taught individual players in a foot-skills program on a weekly basis. Was the head of the HFC Youth Academy program for boys ages U6, U7 and U8. Recruited players to this program.

Analyzed potential athletes' performances in order to recruit to our soccer program. Evaluated team and opposition capabilities to develop and plan game strategy. Instructed athletes, both individually and in groups, demonstrating sport techniques and game strategies. Planned and directed physical conditioning program for athletes to achieve maximum athletic performance. Observed athletes to determine areas of deficiency and need for individual and team improvement. Monitored academic progress of each player.

Conducted training sessions for fairly new NAIA program while developing and implementing off-season programs. Monitored progress of each player and evaluated level of play. Aided in recruitment of players.

Schedule and manage seasonal development progression. Take teams through age appropriate curriculum to help them reach their goals. Communicate and be accountable to the BWSC Director of Coaching who has placed me with a specific age team
