• Used past experience as an English teacher to envision and develop a teacher placement company• Provide outstanding job placement services for native English speakers seeking to teaching English abroad• Cultivate strong relationships with close to 100 schools in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, Turkey, Russia and Saudi Arabia and support their unique recruitment needs• Creating recruitment strategies for hiring academic talent that exceeds each school’s expectations• Implement screening procedures for schools, conduct applicant interviews, and check references to ensure high quality• Manage company website and design effective online advertisements • Identify future hiring needs, design job descriptions, source candidates through databases and social media, and keep abreast of employment law and legislation• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using databases, networking and employee referrals• Analyze resumes for relevant skills, knowledge and qualifications• Cultivate relationships and communicate with all individuals in the hiring process, informing them about the company, position, benefits, working conditions and other job-related information• Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates

• Assist and lead various Recruitment Team special projects that relate to sourcing new leads, screening, vetting, and interviewing, and mentoring potential overseas candidates• Assist the Director in providing strategy, direction, and leadership towards the recruitment and hiring of new East-West staff and volunteers• Assist the Director in coaching and mentoring the Recruitment team• Commit to growing in knowledge of the Bible, its principles, and to being spirit-led to provideGod ordained leadership and strategies to a team mobilizing new staff and volunteers• Contribute towards a healthy team environment that embodies the teachings of Jesus to loveyour neighbor sacrificially• Lead, attend, and/or contribute to East-West sponsored spiritual formation activities such as Abide, ReGathering, Chapel, prayer times, corporate devotionals, and perform other duties as assigned
