CurrentHong Kong-Macau-Zhuhai Bridge Project. Hong Kong Link Road - HZMB to Scenic Hill Tunnel SectionThis section of HKLR is essentially a 9.4Km length land and marine viaduct with 2 carriageway and 3 traffic lanes on each carriageway. The viaduct deck was constructed of precast segmental units using balanced cantilever construction method. Each viaduct bridge span ranges from 60m to 180m length. Each precast deck segment weigh from 120 to 300 tons. At the height of viaduct deck construction 2 now. of launching girders and 4 sets of lifting frames were used.The marine viaduct foundations consists of deep bored piles and precast pile cap shells. The project was completed and commissioned in October 2018.
