Vodafone and Ziggo started a joint venture in January 2017. In the Digital department (100+ FTE), my role is to kickstart change in systems, tooling and ways of working. The work involves project management, creating business cases, coaching and generally to create engagement for change.The projects I am involved in are about: an employee IoT app for our new state of the art office, OSS/BSS, a docker platform for our Digital frontends and micro-services, a new converged eShop, Agile scaling, Digital transformation and forming new teams.

As a scrum master for the Digital Sales team, I am responsible for organisational change on a micro (team) basis to work as a scrum team. Meanwhile I heavily promote the scrum way of working with other teams within Vodafone by engaging them by: - increasing transparency- prove our flexibility to scale up or change scope within a week - and especially by proving our success with many large successful deliveriesSuccesful projects have been to migrate multiple portals to our new environment, build a new shop frontend for consumers and prospects and for existing customers as well.

In this role I was responsible for designing, implementing and coordinating processes to build on the Vodafone website and the My Vodafone app. I worked together with on shore and off shore teams of multiple IT vendor and the Vodafone organisation itself to have an efficient working business as usual process for portal and application development.Between January 2013 and July 2013 I was part of a small group that selected a new IT vendor to bring our frontend portal landscape to a whole new technical level. This resulted in a daring, but very successful new technology stack and way of working. Time to market and costs for changes to the online frontend were both dramatically reduced, while increasing KPI's such as NPS, conversion, website performance.

Channel Enablement team in the Product & Services departmentI was the main project manager, responsible for delivering projects from idea generation to handover to business as usual. For larger projects I was responsible for facilitating multiple vendors, other project managers, process designers, architects and financial controllers to work optimally with all resources and decision makingthey needed to deliver the projects within time, budget and scope.My most interesting project was the delivery of the first My Vodafone mobile app in the Netherlands for Android and iOS, which customers could use to see their usage, upgrade their subscriptions and do in-life purchases.

Online Portal Management is the product owner for all online initiatives at Vodafone. Daily work includes business and requirement analysis, managing product delivery tracks with our partners in the Netherlands, the UK and Egypt and maintaining a proper online strategy focus with our colleagues within Vodafone.
