Application was deployed to 600+ users in three phased releases with team consisting of architecture, development, data conversion, and database administration resources. Application replaced 3 regional legacy color applications with one global system enabling client to merge and simplify Americas, European, and a recent acquisition into one common business process reducing operational costs.
