Having been based in Dublin for 9 months during a business turnaround program and separately, spending more than a year working closely with Motorola in the UK and US to develop cutting edge communication devices and the rollout there of. Working closely with Post Office Ltd to ensure integration into the Retail businesses and focusing on continued increased profitability through stock management and processes.Worked with The Co-operative Group and Post Office Ltd to deliver a 9-month programme of contract change and revamp of 140+ PO's within the Co-operative Groups retail stores. This encompassed Estates, Legal, Personnel (training & redundancies), external contractors and Operations to deliver c£7m of reimbursements and compensation payments ensuring that PO's remained viable in the Co-operative.
