Over 20 years experience in the development of consumer products that includes both detergent powders and oral care products. Extensive project management experience across a range of product types and formats ranging from early stage development right through to late stage market delivery. I have also been involved in the development of both aqueous and non-aqueous based toothpastes. I have an in-depth knowledge of surfactant chemistry, enzyme chemistry, aqueous bleach chemistry, powder characterisation and rheology/viscosity. I have excellent collaboration skills and can work equally well as an individual or as part of a team and I thrive under pressure.
