Israel Ideas! is a 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to educate the next generation of American leaders about Israel "beyond the conflict", by enabling them to see Israel through the lens of innovation and technology, rather than just as a home of geopolitical conflict and war. Our philosophy is "There's Nothing Like a Demo", and we believe that an interactive experience with both Israeli innovations and Israeli innovators is the most impactful way to open up the eyes of the uneducated, to the true nature of the state of Israel. In Spring 2016, we staged StartUp Nation Technology Fairs on 13 college campuses, showcasing Israeli innovation to over 2000 students, more than 50% of which were not Jewish. Over 250 students applied for over 50 internships with Israeli companies during our events, and 68 separate pro-business student organizations served as cosponsors of these events. We are planning to roll out to 25 campuses in the 2016-17 academic year. Israel Ideas is an apolitical organization. We do not take positions on issues concerning peace negotiations or other political footballs. We simply seek to "educate the neutral" as to how Israeli innovations are enhancing, protecting and saving lives around the world every day. We believe this is vital to the future of the US-Israel relationship.

Over 30 trips to the Far East working with suppliers in developing products and negotiating costs.• Overall control of sales effort, including management of three field sales managers, and in turn over 80 independent sales representatives• Overall control of sales budgeting and forecasting, using a customized forecasting module.• Supervision of eight person customer service department• Overall charge of marketing, including branding through catalogs, website and direct response prospecting.
