Over the last 20 years I have held various positions within the financial services industry as a financial advisor, business development, investment and market strategist and national accounts manager. These experiences have given me an interdisciplinary approach to solving problems and creating solutions. I have an extensive background in coaching and consulting practices of HNW teams and industry leading financial advisors. Over the years my work has helped to develop and institutionalize processes in traditional and alternative investments, market strategies, manager search and selection and due diligence. My team and I built and implemented an Outsourced CIO platform that incorporated a fiduciary focused process while delivering an exceptional client experience. We directly consulted or were responsible for co-managing $270b in AUM.Lastly, I have directly consulted with over 3000 practices across all channels, that includes RIAs, independent advisor networks and private wealth. Along with an investment focus, I have helped to establish strategy and process implementation around planning, teaming, M&A, operations, business development and client onboarding. Currently I reside in St Louis with my wife, our two daughters and our two rescue dogs. I am actively involved with local veteran causes, teaching class at a local university and coaching my daughter’s soccer team.
