About Mark Connell
Mark Connell is the Director NJ Arbitrations/Operations Counsel for Forthright and is responsible for all aspects of the administration of the New Jersey No-Fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) arbitration program. He also counsels management and employees on various legal matters, including high level issues involving compliance with and advancement of the regulatory and statutory goals of the program. He has been a member of numerous panel discussions on the efficiencies and effectiveness of alternative dispute resolution for regulatory and commercial operations.Prior to joining Forthright, Mr. Connell was a trial and appellate attorney for firms in New Jersey and California. Mr. Connell holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law (California) and Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and California, as well as United States District Courts of New Jersey and Northern California.
