Key responsibilities included:- Key member in designing, implementing and maintaining a Performance Based Remuneration structure (similar to a fund manager concept) which established benchmarks for AWB Limited to compete against to earn a performance fee for managing grain on behalf of growers who delivered into the National Pool. - Prepared detailed monthly performance reports of AWB’s actual performance relative to the industry’s benchmarks, provided statistical sensitivity and risk analysis thereon and reported results directly to senior management of AWB including Managing Director, CFO & other GM’s of business units.- Prepared detailed annual corporate targets and budgets, rolling forecasts, “what-if” scenarios.- Dealt directly with internal and external auditors, consultants, actuarial firm employed and government regulator.
