In 1987 Mr. Conner founded MARS Medical Systems, Inc. Under his leadership MARS created a significant base of medical practices using MARS’ practice management solutions and claim clearinghouse services, and developed the first fully functioning browser-based practice management system NetPracticePM in 1999. Mr. Conner sold MARS Medical Systems to Noteworthy Medical Systems in 2007 and proceeded to acquire ChartConnect an Electronic Health Record and connectivity company. After negotiating the sale in 2008 of Noteworthy to CompuGroup Medical AG (CGM), Europe’s largest ambulatory health IT company, Mr. Conner led CGM’s acquisition activities growing the company to over 20,000 providers and revenues of $80 million. Concurrent with CGM M&A activities Mr. Conner developed eMedix Reimbursement Services, providing electronic claims, remittance advice and eligibility services.In 2013, Mr. Conner has served as CEO and founder of ScreeningWare, Inc. which has developed a cloud-based technology that provides mental and behavioral health screening, referral and outcome measurement services that supports coordinated and accountable care, as well as collaboration tools for physician groups and mental health professionals. 
In January, 2014, Mr. Conner co-founded and was CEO of startup XOXY.com. During his tenure at XOXY Mark developed and implemented software and services to promote a healthy and safe environment for people in the dating community. In March 2015 Mr. Conner accepted the role of COO for Champion Pain Care Corp which is poised to be one of the largest Pain Resolution Networks in the country.Mr. Conner is also involved providing strategic advice and services for several other startup ventures both in and out of the healthcare industry.
