If you really need to no one thing about me. I am a problem solver, I believe in thinking. Thinking about the next steps or all the steps. My past experiences have helped me to now enjoy solving complex, head-pounding building envelope problems.I've been in the construction industry for 35 years. I have worked and settled over a billion dollars worth of insurance claims, for all types of projects. Wind, Fire, Flood, you name it. My specialty is Forensic Damage Assessments, on exterior building envelopes, with a special emphasis on roofing. It's not something learned in school. It's like good whiskey, It just gets better with age. One experience helps the next.My next favorite is Roof Consulting. I enjoy this because Roofing has been in my family for over 100 years. It's in my blood so to speak. I like to help companies and individuals get the right product for their building and make sure that it is installed properly.Next up is Public Adjusting. I'm kind of an Insurance Policy nerd. I know my way around a policy pretty well. I am an avid study of Insurance. Studying many different varieties thru The Institutes. What's not fun about adjusting is dealing with a number of (and increasing) less experienced staff and/or independent adjusters, who don't know what they don't know.With all that, my main goal in life is really to be about service and helping whom I can help, and offering a smile to those that I am not able to help.If I can help you in any way please let's talk.
