I am a Partner in the Financial Services Disputes & Investigations team at Eversheds Sutherland. I specialise in high value banking, commercial and insolvency litigation, including all forms of interim relief (e.g freezing orders, NPOs, TPDOs). In 2012/3 I was seconded to the litigation department of Morgan Stanley.I am part of a cross-disciplinary team of financial services litigation, investigations, regulatory enforcement and corporate crime lawyers. Operating from our offices in the UK, USA, the Middle East and Asia, Eversheds Sutherland can provide coverage in multiple jurisdictions.
