CurrentProVision supports an extensive community of independent optometrists by providing them with business services to help them remain competitive and profitable. This includes leveraging the collective buying power of 450 practices for optical product while also providing retail and business expertise and support services in marketing, education, business systems, business development and finance.My role actively supports members with their business endeavours to improve their profitability and the value of their businesses.• Property & Leasing - Assist and advise members with regard to negotiation of commercial lease terms to achieve the best possible commercial outcome• Practice Valuations, Profitability & Consolidations - Provide general market appraisal of members practices as well as assist with profit maximisation• Sale of Practices, Succession Planning, Practice Acquisitions & Establishments - Assist and advise members in relation to preparation and presentation when selling their business, also providing advice around partnerships and succession planning
