As the Director of Operations and an Assistant Coach for Utah State University’s cross country and track & field programs, I draw from both my personal experience as a former student-athlete and my academic background in exercise science (B.S. and M.S.) to help student-athletes reach their full athletic potential. My role involves not just coaching but also managing team logistics and travel, strength training, and performance optimization, ensuring our athletes have the resources they need to succeed.Currently, I’m in the process of applying to Doctor of Physical Therapy programs where I’ll begin in Fall 2025. I am also working toward getting my CSCS certification, scheduled for December. With my background in coaching and my future clinical training, I aim to support athletes in overcoming injuries, improving performance, and achieving their goals.In addition to my passion for sports performance and athlete development, I’m also dedicated to entrepreneurship, leadership, and continuous learning.
