As a successful fundraiser I work with Charities, CICs, grassroots organisations and social enterprises that I feel passionate about, supporting them with fundraising through grants, trusts and foundations, and developing or updating their fundraising strategy. As a freelance consultant I offer support around organisational development, creating policies and strategies, service user or customer experience and involvement, research and consultations, service design and mobilisation, project evaluations and impact reports, campaign planning and delivery, and much more.

Different Noise CIC works with children and young people across Sussex, to promote their voices on matters affecting their wellbeing, opportunities and lives; and delivers training and consultancy nationally to other organisations around engaging and involving young people. www.differentnoise.org

Particular achievements: generated approx. £3.5M of grant and contract funding to the various projects in my portfolio; #IAMWHOLE campaign reached over 120M people across the world; the Right Here project won several awards for youth participation; groundbreaking CSE awareness campaign #Wise Up to Boys.Between 2010 and 2021 I held four positions:2010: Right Here Project Manager - set up and project managed the award winning, youth participation, health and wellbeing project, 'YMCA Right Here'.2013: Wellbeing & Targeted Services Manager - management oversight of a range of services for children and young people.2016: Head of Young People's Services - joined the YMCA's Leadership Team, with responsibility for a range of targeted services for children and young people, including sexual health, substance use, sexual exploitation, mental health & wellbeing, chaplaincy, and diverting young people away from criminality.I chaired the organisation's Business Development and Fundraising group.2019: Head of Youth Involvement - supporting young people to have a voice of influence, both within the YMCA and also within wider services, systems and structures that affect their lives.
