Particular achievements: generated approx. £3.5M of grant and contract funding to the various projects in my portfolio; #IAMWHOLE campaign reached over 120M people across the world; the Right Here project won several awards for youth participation; groundbreaking CSE awareness campaign #Wise Up to Boys.Between 2010 and 2021 I held four positions:2010: Right Here Project Manager - set up and project managed the award winning, youth participation, health and wellbeing project, 'YMCA Right Here'.2013: Wellbeing & Targeted Services Manager - management oversight of a range of services for children and young people.2016: Head of Young People's Services - joined the YMCA's Leadership Team, with responsibility for a range of targeted services for children and young people, including sexual health, substance use, sexual exploitation, mental health & wellbeing, chaplaincy, and diverting young people away from criminality.I chaired the organisation's Business Development and Fundraising group.2019: Head of Youth Involvement - supporting young people to have a voice of influence, both within the YMCA and also within wider services, systems and structures that affect their lives.
