S I Construction Systems Ltd. was founded to collect and focus over 15 years of personal experience in providing the construction industry with innovative combinations of structure and insulation. We provide cost effective and code surpassing solutions for residential, multi family, and commercial construction projects from a historical and current library of technologies and processes, working with our clients from concept through to delivery to provide faster, better, and easier ways to build.

I now own and direct the full operations of the company founded in 1968 by my parents, Robert and Ruth Cunningham. The company has been used in the decades since its inception to foster creativity and involvement for myself and my siblings in all aspects of business. It taught us each to search for, get involved in, and promote innovative solutions to common and unique situations best served by out-of-the-box thinking.
