At Hospira I am part of a team working on triple channel IV pumps. Duties include but are not limited to disassembly of units, replacement of power supplies, CE boards, antennas, and/or repair of various parts. Flashing boards, loading configurations, and downloading software, running PVT's, and documenting test results.

At Hospira I am part of a team working on single and triple channel IV and independently work PCA pumps. Duties include but are not limited to disassembly of units, replace or repair of various parts, running PVT's, and documenting test results. Manage inventory of parts and coordinate with hospital staff to manage project. Includes local and out of state travel working in various hospitals, medical centers and clinics.

During my externship at Valley Medical Center I performed preventative maintenance, had exposure to, and/or repaired Philips patient monitors, syringe pumps, anesthesia machines, ECG monitors, CO2 monitors, fetal heart monitors, baby warmers, centrifuges, Spacelab monitors, NIBP units, vital sign monitors, Bili-lights, and heat therapy units. In addition, I received a general tour of the hospital and received personal tours of areas such as the Clinical Lab, Neuroscience, Surgery, Imaging, Oncology, Sleep Lab, and Eye Clinic. I also performed and observed record keeping procedures, ordering processes, and equipment tracking.

At Printing Control, I operated, maintained and serviced a digital press, simple and complex bindery equipment, which included preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to the equipment. Worked extensively with customers, technicians and peers, as well as, worked independently to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly job duties. Used a variety of software applications including but not limited to MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Creo software, and Xerox software to perform press functions, do project management, input, manage and track jobs and create and edit documents.

At CH2M HILL, I operated and maintained digital presses, bindery equipment, which included simple maintenance and troubleshooting. Used a variety of software applications including but not limited to MS Office, Adobe products, and CD/DVD burning software to perform press functions, create and edit documents, duplicate CD’s and create archives. Worked daily with customers and peers to coordinate work and accomplish daily, weekly and monthly job duties.
