I am an energetic and hard working individual. My background is very diverse but tailored towards operations management. I have direct experience in implementing AoP, a constraint-based management system to improve process flow while also identifying Continuous Process Improvements within an operation. I have mechanical knowledge and experience in the maintenance side of the Diesel, Automotive & Aviation industry. I have a Secret Clearance , Aircraft Crash Recovery certification and Hazmat training from serving in the U.S. Air Force. I am great at analyzing data, influencing change, verbal communication, training groups on process improvements, and ensuring these processes will continue once implemented.
