Sales reached their equilibrium level in half the time of any previous product launch.- Created an internal enhanced lead program whereby corporate staff acquired contact information on key subcontractors at the time they were making their purchase decision on mid-sized construction projects, then feeding that information directly to the sales team with follow-up and accountability systems. Dal-Tile market share in this segment doubled.
