Property Beyond provides strategic consulting advice to users of property. Responsible for the property portfolio within Asia Pacific and Japan. Key responsibilities included supporting the business units in delivering asia pacific expansion especially in India and China. Delivered projects in Hydrabad, Mumbai, Bangkok, Singapore, Chenai and Tokyo.

Responsible for the efficient and effective performance of the property portfolio in UK, France and Northern Europe. Europe is a mature market and much of the focus was on driving efficiencies within the portfolio and consolidating operations to provide a pan Europe offering. Role included Due diligence and integration of property following acquisitions.

Worked within a small team providing high level strategic corporate real estate advice to business units on a globally. Responsibility of property was fragmented and therefore the new CRE team's responsibility was to improve standards and support local business units and provide corporate governence on projects.

Worked within a team in delivering all real estate projects and lease administration in the London area including relocations, acquisitions, disposals and new developments.
