I am a high-level, technically minded Service Manager with extensive experience working in both small New Zealand based organisations as well as a large global business working with teams across borders. I don’t see myself as merely a manager but a leader who can get the best out of team. I am known for being comfortable working in any environment that is required whether it’s in the field with a service engineer or in the boardroom with managers/directors. Due to my open personality and highly organised, methodical method of working, I was chosen to set up a new team in North-East Asia which required a high level of EQ and understanding different cultures.
