I have extensive knowledge of the construction and plant hire industry and have dealt with clients ranging from national companies to small local businesses. I am calm under pressure & can inspire, influence & manage a team of employees to achieve our objectives. I have worked my way from a sales based position to Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager and now Operations Director, heading up our Operations Team and five other Ermin depots across the South West with 60 employees. I am a strong client & people manager with a personable approach and have a proven track record of getting results year on year . I manage to get the best out of people and have been successful in implementing ideas both logistically and strategically along with changes in personnel and locations to improve our performance as a company.
