Adding new tools into our tool tracking software to be able to track tool repair, costs, and/or which fitter has what tool. • Creating a profitable Fire Extinguisher Inspection and maintenance program from the ground up, going from 25 extinguishers to over 1000 In just over a year. Inspect and exchange fire extinguishers at 6 (Recharge) and 12 yr. (Hydrostatic) intervals.• Modify, change, or add customer accounts with new or changed information. Making sure assets and services are created correctly within customer accounts to properly populate the technicians ST application on their phone when performing the job. Uploading appropriate reports and documentation so our accounting team can invoice customers.• Research and advise Extreme Fire personnel about the appropriate size and orientation by code for new backflow installations or current retrofits. • I have been in every facet relating to operations within this company. I am frequently asked if I can assist or recommend solutions to some not so common problems. I have never said NO to any of these types of issues and have always tried to seek out a solution, and 99% of the time I do find a solution or can make a recommendation of how to move forward.• Prepare bids for new or existing customers. • Coordinating and performing our annual Inventory count for year-end accounting.• Trained multiple employees on company standards and procedures for driving, warehouse logistics and overall position proficiency.
