Mark is an experienced International Arbitration and Litigation Solicitor Advocate in the firm’s London office. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).Mark has acted for clients in litigation before the English High Court and in offshore jurisdictions, including the DIFC Courts in Dubai, in offshore jurisdictions in the Caribbean and Mauritius as well as in multiple international arbitrations conducted under a variety of different rules including, amongst others, ICC, LCIA, DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, SCC and Ad Hoc arbitrations. Mark is well poised to handle all sorts of disputes having acted on sensitive small value disputes to others ranging from in excess of EUR 5bn. Prior to joining Mills & Reeve, Mark practiced in the London office of a large US law firm and in a Middle East office of a leading international litigation law firm.
