Within my role I take full ownership to prepare our new customers in the best way to be ready to receive their first ASML tool and define an upgrade strategy in their newly build or updated factory. I will close collaborate with my peers and stakeholders to make sure all the facilities are ready on-time so ASML can have a smooth system transfer and the new engineers are trained to perform activities on our tools.

During a 2,5 months trip around South-East Asia with my own family (daughters of 4y and 1y old) I will visit the countries of Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.Time to reflect on my past period as group lead but also build in some recovery time to start for my new challenging assignment as Program Lead for new sites

Within the EUV Customer Support department be the leader of a team containing 12 engineers. Lead the travelling team from Veldhoven while they are abroad and visit on regular base my team during their assignments. Within this team of highly engaged and motived engineers we drive the Scanner Competence and the Source/DL Competence.

Make sure that the machine leave the factory in the latest configuration by implementing and executing upgrades according a considered planning and deliver a well orginized recovery plan to get the systems up and running again

Installation and perform upgrades of the NXE 3100 and NXE 3300 machines at the customers of ASML. If I do not travel I will support other departments within ASML.

Assembler of XT and NXT machines made at ASML. We build the complete system and do safety checks before the machine goes to the next fase in the process.

Inspection of turbine and compressor parts of Pratt & Whitney (PW100) turboprops. Check and sign off work wich is done by assemblers.Build up and disassemble the turbomachinery part of a Pratt & Whitney engine.Rotor balance the rotating parts of the turbine module.
