During my internship, I developed the Randstad Goudmeter for Randstad. Randstad used the Goudmeter in the Holland Heineken House at the 2012 Olympics. The Goudmeter is an online questionnaire which visitors of the 2012 Olympics could fill in. With the Goudmeter, people can compare themselves to elite athletes on their proactivity in learning and improvement.
