  I am a contract employee at Boeing in Oklahoma City currently performing the duties of Wire Design and Installation Manufacturing Engineering Lead on modifications to AWACS aircraft. I've been a contract employee with Boeing for 29+ years and have over 37 years aircraft related Manufacturing Engineering experience. I have a multifaceted Manufacturing Engineering background having worked both fabrication and installation of such commodities as hydraulic/pneumatic tubing / welded ducting, composite layup and assembly, structural detail fabrication and assembly, equipment installation and wire harness fabrication and installation. I am conversant in make/buy decisions, change commitment, design producibility, tooling requirements and manufacturing engineering requirements. My experience includes both military and commercial aircraft and related commodities such as system integration labs and aircraft support facilities. I actively participate in resolving supplier related production issues and although I encourage team participation, I am not afraid to lead. I am a veteran, having proudly served in the United States Army as an E-5 Sergeant in charge of Battalion level maintenance and Senior Recovery Operator for HHC 2/77th Armor 9th Infantry Division.
