-Assess, plan, implement and/or support world-class application solutions.-Manage resources, distribute responsibilities across team members, and report on status on assigned scope of work to client stakeholders.-Meet and interact with client application owners and infrastructure support personnel to communicate activities comprising implementation plans to ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals. -Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, schedules, funding, and staffing.-Report program status, key risks/issues, and recommendations to senior managers and obtain consensus for project decisions

-Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, schedules, funding, and staffing.-Develop and manage work breakdown structures(WBS) of information technology projects.-Work across the Service Delivery Life cycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.-Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications. -Provide performance feedback for project team members.

Role:Responsible for adapting existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Effectively handling client change requests (SCRs) by proposing and supporting the design, development and testing of solutions, including ensuring that change requests entrance criteria and documentation is complete, conducting impact analysis and following through on execution of changes. Other responsibilities also include mentoring junior developers, providing guidance and ensuring the understanding of the client’s business processes.

Responsible for the design, programming, testing, and problem resolution utilizing web-centric application technologies. Major skills to be applied include, but not limited to, Object Oriented Design using UML, Java programming, HTML, Javascript, SQL, and utilization of testing tools/skills throughout the lifecycle of the application. More advanced skills used include programming with J2EE, JDBC, JSPs, Servlets, and PL/SQL stored procedures. Software packages used include BEA WebLogic, Oracle 11g, Oracle Reporting, and ILog JRules.Other responsibilities includes:- Participation in the development of the application throughout its lifecycle. - Working in a team of technical and functional experts and reporting to a programming team lead. - Providing rapid and error free creation and modification of fiscal logic; providing timely responses to all client requests; meeting deadlines and budgets. - Effectively handling client change requests (SCRs) by proposing and supporting the design, development and testing of solutions, including ensuring that change requests entrance criteria and documentation is complete, conducting impact analysis and following through on execution of changes.- Providing timely response to all client trouble tickets regarding Fiscal issues, including a diagnosis and resolution of the issue.- Supporting the production batch processes by providing timely and accurate responses to batch related issues that arise in production.
