Technology Service Delivery Manager
-Assess, plan, implement and/or support world-class application solutions.-Manage resources, distribute responsibilities across team members, and report on status on assigned scope of work to client stakeholders.-Meet and interact with client application owners and infrastructure support personnel to communicate activities comprising implementation plans to ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals. -Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, schedules, funding, and staffing.-Report program status, key risks/issues, and recommendations to senior managers and obtain consensus for project decisions
