  I am fully qualified member of ACCA and work as a Client Accountant Team Leader within the Property Management Department, managing a team of 4 and a portfolio of over 600 properties, including Real Estate Advisory and Transport clients.The role includes:Producing bespoke Excel reports for our clients based on their specific requirements including the use of Formulas, Functions, VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.Calculating prepayments and accruals as part of month end reporting. This involves differentiation in the treatment of IFRS 16 and non IFRS 16 leases. Journals are then produced for the client to implement onto their system.Reviewing Service Charge budgets and implementing them on to our property management system PMA/Tramps.Creating Budgets and Forecasts and producing Variance Analysis reports showing comparison of actual to budgeted and forecasted figures and also comparison with prior periods.Liaising with clients during their audit process and providing any required evidence and documentation to the Auditors.Providing training to new members of the finance team.Completing daily bank reconciliations.Monitoring the client’s property rent and service charge accounts which include the cashbook, creditors and debtors control accounts to see whether money has come in from the tenants or gone out for expenditure. I then transfer any relevant funds to the client minus any expenditure and our management fees along with providing the client with remittance advice.Opening new interest bearing bank accounts on behalf of our clients in order to hold tenant Rent Deposits for the duration of their leases.
