CurrentOversee all station operations of Peoria's dominant NBC affiliate including sales, news, finance, programming, engineering, production and human resources. Responsible for meeting all revenue goals and exercising expense control. Oversee SSA with WHOI (ABC), a Barrington owned station. also oversee SSA with WAOE, the MyNetworkTV affiliate owned by Four Seasons, LLC. In June of 2006, successfully launched a 9pm newscast on My59. In October 2007, launched two hours of fresh morning news on My59WEEK has increased ratings (both HH and key demos) in local news in early morning, early evening and late news above previous first place levels. WEEK remains dominant in all news time periods and had maintained dominance in every rating book since June 1997. We have expanded local news in the morning to become Central Illinois' first 2.5 hour local newscast. With the addition of WHOI, we now program a total of 6.5 hours of local news each morning across three stations.Since 1997, WEEK has grown market share as audited by Hungerford in almost every year, outperforming the market in local and national revenue in almost every quarter for 10 years. Experience in negotiating bargaining unit contracts, including IBEW contracts that allow the company to consolidate master control, allow for multi-channel operation and now gives the company full control of all computer and IT systems. Have successfully negotiated several bargaining unit agreements with AFTRA for news personnel that give the station great operational flexibility. The station had an IBEW unit but that unit decertified in 2011.
