I initiated and maintained production levels along with meeting specific quality measurements. At the end of each shift it was my responsibility to accurately report the daily production totals into the IQMS inventory program. As a shift production leader I generated necessary discussions with our quality inspectors. I was also a new employee coach/trainer.

It was my responsibility to initiate and perform routine preventative maintenance on the machines. I also had to maintain quality and production quotas. I also trained new and current employees on their roles and responsibilities in order for them to be successful.
