(Direct Hire) (Business closing); Create detailed process Plans for Complex parts and assemblies for customers such as Boeing, NASA, Lockheed Martin and Harris.•Create Work orders•Process Planning•Quality Directives•Provide CNC Programs for manufacturing utilizing Mastercam X9.•Work directly with outside Vendors for secondary process required for orders.•Develop processes, methods, tooling and design of tooling and production controls for new programs as well as evaluating their assembly and proofing.•Design manufacturing process within schedule and budgetary parameters.•Interface with vendors and outside personnel to evaluate costs estimate and select purchased parts/ materials.

Provide Engineering support for a fast pace Aerospace Component manufacturing environment.•Provide CNC Programs for 3 to 5 axis machining centers utilizing Mastercam X8•Create First Article Inspection documents and Cis Documents.•Generate Quality plans and In-process check sheets for complex machined parts.•Design of tooling and fixturesKaman Aerostructures (Direct Hire
