I worked with the business to move to a planned quarterly release cycle which included creating a backlog of requests and a roadmap on how changes fit into the release cycle.

• Developed new programs and maintained existing programs on the AS/400 in Sales and Inventory Systems: COBOL II• Interacted with users to develop systems which met their specifications.• Major Accomplishment: The company had been manually entering sales data for the stores. I implemented an automated polling solution to gather data on a nightly basis. In addition, I designed the interfaces to feed the data into the General Ledger and created reports to provide daily feedback to the Operations team on Sales and Labor performance, thus providing more timely information.
