I collaborate with HR and Business Leaders to solve their most pressing business and performance issues. 🏭 My Career I left school with no qualifications and enlisted in The Royal Navy at 16 an experience akin to a baptism by fire.I had to grow up fast. It was a daily challenge to survive. I made it through. The Navy instilled in me the values of standards, leadership, resilience, and the criticality of teamwork, profoundly shaping and altering my life. I left The Navy to join Sainsbury's. This marked the beginning of my passion for Leadership Development, Team Development and Organisation Development (OD). I had found my purpose.Subsequently I have worked for several world-class, fast paced, demanding, complex, tier one global brands, e.g. L&G, Hitachi, WorldCom, Motorola, Dell, Deutsche Bank, Tate & Lyle, and KPMG.I have righted the past. I now hold an M.Ed and an M.A. 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 In 2017, I embarked on a five-year mid-career sabbatical to become a stay-at-home father, caring for my wife and our two young children, which included homeschooling during the pandemic.As I search for my next role I have decided to author a book, "Kindness in Leadership," to be published in September 2025.
