My work involves supporting people often living with an illness/long term health condition, injury or disability to develop the mindset, behaviours and practices that enable them to fulfil their potential, realise their aspirations and achieve their goals. Most of my work is within the healthcare field supporting patients, service users & carers to become leaders, partners & agents of change working collaboratively with decision makers strategically and operationally across the system in order to influence the design, delivery and improvement of services ensuring the delivery of patient centred care.I work with healthcare professionals and leaders supporting them to develop systemic and relational leadership practices focused on improving the patient experience, and the quality of health and care services. I also work with people living & working with a illness, injury or disability (IID) to achieve their personal, professional and career aspirations & goals. My work is inspired and informed by my personal experience of developing long term health conditions beginning in my early 20's and learning to live with the associated ongoing changes in both my personal and work life. Senior Consultant - Leadership And Organisational Development
My work is in the broad field of leadership and organisational development with a particular focus on working with leaders in the health and social care VCSE sectors.
