Designing and facilitating interventions to support people with an injury, illness and disability (IIDs) to achieve their potential at work and find fulfilment and live well in their personal and social lives. My work includes: - Coaching people with IIDs to develop their talent and leadership abilities. - Coaching people on long term sick leave to return successfully to the workplace. - Facilitate management and leadership development programmes. Including the award winning Bridge the Gap to Success - a personal leadership and career development programme for employees with IIDs. Employees have attended from Citi, HSBC, EY, KPMG, Barclays, Morgan Stanley. - Work with organisations to ensure they effectively engage and build productive relationships and collaborative partnerships with their disabled employees - Advise and support organisations with the broader diversity and inclusion agenda.- Supporting organisations to become disability confident, ensuring their disabled employees can aspire to (and achieve) their professional goals and be the very best they can be at work. - Support organisations through dialogic interventions to engage more effectively with all their employees, particularly their disabled employees.

My work is in the broad field of leadership and organisational development with a particular focus on working with leaders in the health and social care VCSE sectors. I support their strategic and system leadership work with the wider health and care system. I also work with health and care professionals to embed the patient, service user and citizen perspective and experience into their professional work at an operational level (eg service redesign) and at a strategic level - eg supporting healthcare organisations to collaborate and partner with their local communities.A particular interest of mine is in supporting individual leaders, teams and organisations from across the health and care system to build their collaborative and partnership working practices particularly in a time of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) I also enjoy developing shared leadership practices and supporting health and care professionals, other system leaders and patients, service users, carers and local community leaders to collaborate and partner together in pursuit of the vision of building healthy local communities.
