Ensuring smooth running and efficient operations within the company and briefing the CEO on a daily basis.• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, agents and Vessel Masters• Assign consultants to task to ensure timely deployment• Arrange visa applications and licenses to ensure the smooth embarkation and disembarkation of the Security Teams• Arrange flights ensuring a minimum cost to company and client• Ensure all consultants deploying on task receive the required documentation• Creating daily reports and sending to client, holding briefings on a daily basis on any security concerns within their area

I joined the Royal Navy in March 84 as a Junior Seaman then progressed through the ranks, passing various vocational and educational courses in order to gain promotion to Warrant Officer 1 (Coxswain).

Responsible to the Director of Maritime Training, for the training of the Submarine crews for up to 1680 personnel, and lead expert in the development, training and assessing of control systems and teams.• Produced operating procedures for senior management approval, for operation of ship handling and safety• Managing the changes to the inspection and sea training documentation to provide coherency for assessors and greater transparency in order to improve overall standards• Successfully trained and mentored staff in all aspects of safety operations, fire and damage control• Direct responsibility for the selection of future submarine Coxswain’s ensuring continuous progression with the aid of job evaluation inspections• Set up a team to evaluate and develop the personnel who were selected to attend the leadership course

Human Resources/Safety and Security Officer; ensuring the operational capability of the submarine and all personnel before deployment.• Management of the travel and accommodation budget, producing auditable budget paperwork and reports• Responsible for security, welfare, discipline and morale • Carrying out investigations in accordance with PACE for breaches of discipline and civilian offences, liaising with both Ministry of Defence and civilian authorities• Ensured that all departments were compliant with the Health and Safety requirements
