While at GeoEye, helped lead junior M&A for the NASDAQ company for several years until GeoEye later merged with by DigitalGlobe. DigitalGlobe is now listed as MAXAR today.

Originally Spatial Data Analytics Corporation but later shortened to just "SPADAC", the company specialized in geospatial analysis, data mining, and predictive analytics. Our team sold SPADAC to GeoEye in December, 2010. We were pioneers in spatial analysis during the efforts following 9/11, backed by FirstMark Capital (Fund I) out of NYC.

While at SAIC, I performed and executed on numerous projects in the interests of national defense and most projects required geospatial expertise. In the months before I left for the dot-com experience, I was awarded a "Top 1%" stock option grant by my SAIC peers, recognizing exemplary performance as a key employee.
