To date we have raised funding four times, converted to a public company, obtained a licence to the only proven, large scale technology for nappy recycling and developed our own improvements, gained access to a suitable facility in NSW and signed up almost all of the large aged care operators in NSW, as well as a number of councils.The Relivit project has now been backed by the NSW State Government, who have committed $1.3m to support the construction of our plant.Relivit is a public unlisted company, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney.On a personal level, we felt we were making a real contribution, because it added something completely new to the recycling story, it's viable without a 'green' pricing premium, and by addressing the last of the putrescible waste, it permits dramatic improvements in household recycling and lowering of logistic costs.
