I have a foundation degree in Critical Incident Response/Special Police Operations from the University of Brighton, which equips me with the skills and knowledge to handle complex and sensitive cases.I am skilled in analytical skills, application fraud, sourcing fraudulent claims, and compiling intelligence reports. I also have proficiency in using iBase, a software tool for data analysis and visualization. I work with a team of fraud investigators and analysts, providing them with technical guidance, support, and training. My mission is to protect the company and its customers from fraudsters, and to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
