Highly-skilled IT professional with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, largely focused on establishing and maintaining IT infrastructures and IT project support. I have carried out many aspects of IT support and networking within both customer and staff multi-site environments through which I have gained extensive LAN, WAN, hardware and software experience. These roles have included customer and supplier liaison, project management and successful systems implementation delivered within demanding operational targets and financial constraints.Previous project roles have also given me the opportunity for creative support , design and implementation of IT infrastructure using new and existing technologies in order to meet customer requirements and objectives. This has required me to stay up-to-date with IT infrastructure and technology developments such as cloud and hosted environments using VMware, Hyper-V and other virtualisation platforms.Throughout my career, I have developed excellent communication skills enabling me to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels within the organisation. I also have several years’ experience of leading and motivating small to medium sized teams within the IT support function to meet client SLAs and KPIs.
