Serves as a coach and consultant to leadership on human resource related issues. Essential part of the organization’s leadership team, to influence, develop, and oversee targeted organizational effectiveness strategies to support the company in driving performance and transformation. • Leads and executes people strategies that include assessing organizational performance and providing consistent, customized solutions for benefits and total rewards, leadership development, organizational development, employee engagement, cultural assessment and gap analysis, team development, supporting organizational change, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, succession planning, recognition program, employee relations and investigations, ADA interactive process, learning and development, and workforce retention.• Leads and manages high-level, scalable, and complex HR and HRIS projects/initiatives to support Grain Craft’s business objectives, long-term strategic plans, and overall vision.• Provides day-to-day performance management coaching to plant leadership teams (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions). • Manages organizational culture and engagement initiatives. Works with executive leadership team and senior operations leadership to lead and oversee initiatives centered around Grain Craft’s culture and core values.• Leads learning and development strategies, manages multiple LMSs, and creates virtual eLearning courses and short training workshops that drive positive change, innovation, and development across the organization. Created and facilitates company's Leadership Development Program.
