I have over 30 years of civil litigation experience. My practice areas include the following: Automobile / Trucking / Transportation Liability; Premises Liability; Construction Defects; First Party Property Claims; Worker’s Compensation; Commercial Litigation; Products Liability; Insurance Coverage; and Bad Faith / Extra-Contractual Liability.I represent a diverse group of clients, including insurers, transportation companies, premises owners, product manufacturers and contractors.
